Hilda O’Neill (Ryan)MSc, BSN, RGN, PCC was the winner of ‘Coach of the Year’ and ‘Internal Coach’ at ICF (International Coaching Federation) Ireland’s 2018 Gala Award Ceremony in Clontarf Castle, at the end of November.

Now in it’s 5th Year the ICF Gala Awards is recognised as the premier Coaching event for coaches, industry and organisations. The purpose of the awards is to promote excellence, best practice and innovation in coaching.
Hilda is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), accredited with the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and has both a diploma and a special purpose award in coaching. Hilda has 15 years experience in the area of personal and professional development and training and has passionately incorporated Coaching into her work over the past 10 years. While working in both the private and public sectors Hilda has developed a special interest in supporting individuals and organisations in relation to managing challenging situations in the workplace.
